Privacy Policy

Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please note rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you in the event of a stock delay. We only use Fastway Courier tickets and if you are not home at time of delivery, a Card to Call will be left in your letterbox. For our Australian and international customers we will find the best rate that we can to suit your parcel size and the delivery time that you need. If you are not in New Zealand choose this option and we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the shipping costs before we dispatch any goods. Please note that you may incur import charges.

How do I return an item?

Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:

  • An exchange
  • A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by
  • A repair if necessary
  • A refund.

If a product is not suitable, reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.


  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
