Privacy Policy

Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please note rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you in the event of a stock delay. We only use Fastway Courier tickets and if you are not home at time of delivery, a Card to Call will be left in your letterbox. 

Please note that Traps no longer despatch orders outside of New Zealand. 

How do I return an item?

Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:

  • An exchange
  • A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by Traps.co.nz.
  • A repair if necessary
  • A refund.

If a product is not suitable, Traps.co.nz reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.

 Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Traps.co.nz will not be responsible for any freight costs.

Christmas break 2021

Please note, online orders from the 24th of December onwards will be despatched from Wednesday 29th of December as we close for the Christmas break.  So there may be slight delays.  On behalf of the team, we would like to wish you all a safe and joyful Christmas - Thank you for your custom and look forward to hearing from you soon.
