Delivery

Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 5 working days of receipt of order. Please note rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you in the event of a stock delay. We only use Fastway Courier tickets and if you are not home at time of delivery, a Card to Call will be left in your letterbox. 

All Traps.co.nz products are dispatched direct from our Auckland warehouse Monday to Friday through all COVID-19 levels. Delays with courier delivery may happen due to an increased demand on local couriers and staff shortages due to COVID-19 self-isolations.

Please note that Traps no longer despatch orders outside of New Zealand. 

Issues with your order

Concealed damages

Where concealed damage to the goods is not apparent at the time of delivery (no visible external damage) but discovered by you during inspection.  You must inform us via email info@traps.co.nz within 24 hours from time of delivery.

Any other issues with your order (e.g. faults, short supplies) must be communicated to Traps.co.nz with 7 days of receipt of goods. Email info@traps.co.nz or call (03) 372 1580 - select option 1.

How do I return an item?

Should a product be faulty we would be happy to offer your choice of the following:

  • An exchange
  • A replacement product. If there is a price difference this will be paid by the customer, or a partial refund will be made by Traps.co.nz.
  • A repair if necessary
  • A refund.

If a product is not suitable, Traps.co.nz reserves the right to accept or decline a request for an exchange or refund.

 Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Items must be returned within a 14 day period.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Traps.co.nz will not be responsible for any freight costs.
